Post Thanksgiving, 2nd Annual Kinsey Christmas tree farm tradition
I don't know about you guys, but I grew up with a real Christmas tree each year for Christmas. And when Robby and I got married, we wanted to continue that tradition because who doesn't love the smell of a fresh cut Douglas fir?! Last year I stumbled upon this sweet Christmas Tree farm that happened to be right down the road from my parents house. Kinsey Family Farm is a year round nursery that offers an unforgettable atmosphere for families during the holiday season. They have pre-cut trees underneath the pavilion or for an extra expense, families can hop on a tractor to cut down their own. We opted (again) for the pre-cut trees and the apple cider donuts (duh). My parents came with us this time and experienced it for themselves - they've recently turned to the dark side of pre-lit trees but I think this got them going in the right direction again.
If you're in the Atlanta area and are looking for more than the Home Depot experience but don't want to drive ALL the way up to Dawnsonville... check our Kinsey Farms. And if the cute decor and apple cider donuts didn't convince you, they also give you a custom Kinsey farm ornament each year you buy a tree! I hope to keep this as our family tradition and watch those Kinsey Farm ornaments grow!
P.S. Aren't my parents the cutest??
P.S.S. Someone let Santa know I need a new camera!! <3
